What we use
When you sign in by email, we use your email address to send a one-time sign-in link and identify your account. Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address and basic profile information. We use these to authenticate you and create your member profile. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox, contacts or Google Drive.
We store your display name, account identifiers, saved resource choices, discussions, replies and reports. Account and security records can include timestamps and technical connection information used by our hosting and authentication providers.
What other members see
Your display name, posts and replies are visible to signed-in members. Your email address and saved resources are private. Reports are available to moderators for review. Avoid posting personal or confidential information in discussions.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your membership, keep your saved resources, show discussions and prevent abuse. Sign-in emails are transactional. Joining the community does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Services that support the community
Cloudflare hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication and the community database. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers process the information needed to supply those services and may process technical information in their own infrastructure.
Browser storage
The community stores authentication session information in your browser so you can stay signed in. Signing out removes your local session. Clearing browser storage also signs you out on that browser.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can update your display name in Your account and delete your own discussion posts. For a copy, correction or deletion of your account information, contact Dane at [email protected]. We will verify the request before changing private account information. Community data remains stored until it is deleted; provider security logs and backups may have separate retention periods.
